  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate payment.

  • Course Cancellation: If a course is canceled by Ashrith EdTech Solutions before it begins, a full refund will be issued.

  • Technical Issues: If you face access issues due to technical problems on our side and the issue cannot be resolved, you may request a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after enrollment.

  • Inability to attend a course or training after registration.

  • Partial use of course materials or services.

  • Discounted or promotional enrollments (unless the course is canceled by us).
